Your details
This Agreement is entered into as of today between ("the Client") and Systems Haus ("Service Provider").
Please read these terms carefully and ensure a clear understanding before agreeing to these terms.
For ease of reference, the term “Service Provider “corresponds to “Systems Haus”.
WORK GUARANTEE
Systems Haus agrees to provide a professional and efficient service to their clients regardless of race, background, country and gender. Our services provided are on a remote working basis in that we are not required to work on the premises of any of our clients.
In order to meet the expectations of our clients, the Service Provider has a maximum quota of clients that we support on a monthly basis.
THE Audit
The Audit is confirmed by agreement of these terms and payment in full.
The Audit must be booked within a 30 days of purchase.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for sharing correct information as requested by the Service Provider and pertains to their business.
Failure to do so may result in your intensive being delayed or cancelled.
The client is responsible for the implementation after the Audit.
Feedback provided is suggestive and down to client discretion to apply.
The service provider can not be held responsible for lack of action on the client side.
Clients understand that results are based on the work undertaken.
The service provider is not responsible for implementation under this agreement.
PAYMENT
All prices are quoted and charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP) - any currency conversions are estimated based on current rates and are not set by the service provider.
All payments are final and non-refundable once payment has been made.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Appointments can be rescheduled once at no charge. After which appointments will incur a rescheduled charge of £97.
Bookings cannot be rescheduled less than 72 hours prior to the Audit date.
Client's understand that appointment cancellation will result in a forfeit of payments made.
OUR LEGAL RIGHTS
The Service Provider demonstrates the right to refuse business should we feel it will compromise us in a legal or moral way.
We do not provide services for illegal, immoral or objectionable work.
We refuse to copy or plagiarise work of other companies and will not tolerate the same treatment
The Service Provider will not tolerate any form of bully, trolls, defamation of character via online sources such as social media or other public methods and legal action will be taken should this occur.
PRIVACY POLICY
It is our policy not to use client information for marketing or any other purpose. All information provided to the Service Provider is kept strictly confidential and we do not share with any third parties.
We may from time to time send emails to our clients through our mailing list subscription, only at the clients permission.
We pride ourselves on being GDPR compliance and our full privacy policy can be viewed at www.systemshaus.com/privacypolicy
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms stated are final and any payment and online acceptance of work is deemed an acceptance of our terms.
The Service Provider and the Client both agree to enter into a contract and work will be completed under these stated terms.
